Dr. Jitendra Singh, who has been re-elected from Udhampur Doda Lok Sabha seat, is now a national figure in Indian politics. He took oath as Minister of State (Independent Charge) with other 57 ministers at Rashtrapati Bhawan on Thursday.
Dr. Singh has retained his portfolio. He is again made Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, MoS PMO, and also gets Ministry of State in Ministry of Personnel, Public grievances and Pensions; MoS in Department of Atomic Energy and MoS in the Department of Space.
